Just a minor feature addition.
I added a button to the HTML editor for posts and pages, so CTI smileys are available even without the TinyMCE editor.

Tango smilies doesn`t seem to work with the famous K2 theme (Using WP 2.8.4 and the K2 1.0 RC8 on php5)
